What does adult day health care offer, and who pays?
Kentucky adult day health programs, licensed by OIG under 902 KAR 20:066, offer daytime supervision, health monitoring, meals and activities at a center; CareScout's 2025 Kentucky median is about $88 a day, and Kentucky's HCB waiver lists adult day health among its services for eligible Medicaid members.
Ask each program about hours, transportation, whether a nurse is on site all day, how it handles medications and behaviors, and whether it accepts HCB waiver or PACE participants. Several Louisville programs operate more than one site under separate licenses, so each appears as its own row.
